Trying to install grid em 12c agent via em.

Solution:

Probably your inventory is corrupted. Check:

$ opatch lsinventory -details

You’ll see:

Inventory load failed... OPatch cannot load inventory for the given Oracle Home.
Possible causes are:
Oracle Home dir. path does not exist in Central Inventory
Oracle Home is a symbolic link
Oracle Home inventory is corrupted
LsInventorySession failed: OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo

OPatch failed with error code 73

* Copy a clean inventory directory that have same oracle_home directories from another server. Or simple restore your oraInventory backup.

* Deploy agent again.

If you do not have a clean oraInventory, than you may consider to re-create it:
